Shwasly ("we", "us") is a guided pranayama (breathing practice) app operated by ShwaslyAI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Shwasly offers a free tier (a set of foundation practices, limited AI consultations, and progress tracking) and a paid Premium tier (the full practice catalogue, an AI-designed program, unlimited AI consultations, and community access). Premium is billed as a recurring subscription, monthly or yearly, in ₹ for customers in India (via Razorpay) or $ for customers elsewhere (via Paddle), at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
New Premium subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial from the Account page and you will not be charged. If you don't cancel, billing starts automatically at the end of the trial and renews each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Shwasly offers guided breathing for general wellbeing. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and does not replace your doctor. If you are pregnant or have a heart, blood-pressure, respiratory, or other relevant condition, consult a professional before practising, and follow the safety guidance shown on each technique.
If you post in the Community area, you're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything abusive, medically unsafe, or that violates someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this, including in response to reports from other members.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
Shwasly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the update.
