Every new Premium subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial from the Account page and you will not be charged anything. This is the intended way to decide whether Premium is right for you before any money changes hands.
After the trial ends and your first payment is taken, subscription charges are non-refundable, including for partial or unused periods. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans, billed via Razorpay (India) or Paddle (international). You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — cancelling doesn't refund the current period, but you keep Premium access until it ends.
If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a failure to honour your trial), or if a refund is required under the consumer protection law that applies to you, contact us and we'll make it right.
Go to the Account page while signed in and cancel your subscription there. This stops future billing immediately; it does not retroactively refund a period already paid for.
