Shwasly is a guided pranayama (breathing practice) app. This page explains what information we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and who it's shared with. We collect only what's needed to run the product — there is no advertising, no data broker, and no analytics or tracking SDK in the app.
Account information
Your email address, used to sign you in via a one-time code and to identify your account.
What you tell Ask Shwasly
The free-text description you give when asking for a practice recommendation (for example, "I have trouble sleeping" or a mentioned health condition) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a recommendation. It is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to train Anthropic's models on your identity.
Practice activity
Sessions you complete, your streak, program progress, and check-in ratings (sleep, stress, energy, and similar), so we can track your progress and adapt your program.
Community posts
If you post or comment in the Community area, that content is visible to other members and is attributed to the display name on your account.
Payment information
Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and your subscription status — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details; Razorpay handles that directly.
Shwasly is not a medical device and the app is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a qualified professional. Anything you mention about your health (for example a condition you name to get a safe recommendation) is used only to route you to an appropriate, safety-filtered practice and is handled with the same care as the rest of your account data described above.
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the app: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI recommendations), and Razorpay (payments). Each processes only the data needed to perform its function. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
You can delete your account and its data at any time from the Account page. You can stop a Premium subscription from the same page, and Community posts can be deleted individually by their author.
