How to sit

Sit comfortably with eyes closed. Let the breath stay completely natural — don't lengthen, deepen, or control it at all. Simply notice 'So' as air enters and 'Ham' as it leaves, silently, as a mental anchor.

Keep in mind

The gentlest practice in the entire catalogue — there's no breath control here at all, only awareness. Good if every other technique here feels like 'doing' something.

Avoid if: None — there's no breath control at all in this practice, only awareness of the breath exactly as it already is.
